Cleaning to be done by the guest, or for a charge of 30 €.
Guarantee : 175 €.
Rental week : from Saturday 16.00hrs until Saturday 10.00hrs.
Week-ends : from Friday 18.00hrs until Sunday 10.00hrs ( Mondays by arrangement).
Midweek = from Monday's 4:00 pm till next Friday 10:00 am.
High season : July and August, Christmas time, New Year and all Saint's Day.
During low and Mid seasons : a week = 7 nights, whatever the days.
